Passed away peacefully on Saturday 12th November 2016 at Gloucestershire Royal Hospital. Beloved Husband of Jane, devoted Dad to Nicola and Simon and a very special Grandad to Freya, George and Penny. Funeral Service at The Forest of Dean Crematorium on Friday 25th November at 11.30am.
